House of Fashion was started by Marta Kappl, who is an internationally known fashion designer, renown for creating her custom clothing from studios in San Francisco, St. Helena, California and most recently in Seattle, Washington. But Marta is so much more than just a designer. She is a wardrobe and image consultant who applies her expertise in fashion, sensitivity to client's lifestyles, and understanding of psychology to all her designs. She consults on clothing appropriate for the workplace or key job interview; she consults on clothing for all types of social and formal occasions; and she consults on clothing with an eye toward your individual style.
House of Fashion is located at the Terminal Sales Building in the heart of downtown Seattle (Seattle's official city landmark). Built in the 1900's and went under a facelift in 2001. As well neighbors with Seattle's iconic fashion boutique, Baby & Co.
